Moving on to day 2 for Melaka
trip, most of them would have been recharged after a long day yesterday. Most
of the girls got out of the bed at about 9am while the boys woke up around
8am++ to freshen up first. They promised to cook breakfast for the girls to eat
as there's not much food stalls opened for breakfast at this early daylight.
But actually the girls were already up as early as 7++am. Kyo’s alarm which
rang every half an hour was the culprit for that.
Somehow the boys made hot drinks
first as the cooking process will take a while to finish. The menu for
breakfast was Toasted Bread with Egg Coating & Fried Luncheon Meat. It was
planned to be cooked by all the guys but ended up Simon did all the cooking
while Hope & Feito only helped out for a while. Disappointedly, they
disappeared suddenly later. (Maybe to bath or another round 2 quick nap(?). =3=)
The plan was to move out to AEON
Bandaraya Melaka to get our BBQ stuff around 10am. However, somehow it got
delayed. In the cooking area, the tiny fire was rather slow to heat up the pan no
matter how it was adjust. This ended up for Feito to keep telling Simon to
“forget the quality but worry the quantity more...”. Finally at about 11am++,
breakfast is served, it seemed everyone enjoyed the meal with only a few
comments for the chef. Hisana gave a B+ for the food. It is either too oily or
the bread not enough egg & butter essence (Simon said that there was not
enough butter, so they ended up using oil as alternative. It kinda “ruined” the
cooking a little.)
The cooking took about an hour.
But when it was time to eat, EVERYTHING IS GONE IN 10 MINUTES (everyone were
hungry then, so it explained...)! This was good because they were still on
schedule and managed to get things done in haste! After washing up and having
the last toilet break, off they went to AEON Bandaraya Melaka!
Distance from the host's home
(aka safe house) to AEON was about 15 minutes drive. But since it's Saturday,
the main road will be starting to get jam packed so the journey ended up taking
another route to reached AEON. It only costs an additional of 5 minutes
distance to arrive. Once arrived, Simon's car was lucky enough to find a spot
to park – RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE AEON'S ENTRANCE.
Upon entering, they found out
that Hope haven't arrived yet, so there was a little spare time. Feito, Simon
and Mio accompanied Kamio to Brand's Outlet since she needed a belt. While
Kamio was busy selecting and trying out belts, Mio, Simon and Feito were
roaming at the male section. Mio tried out those male jackets and joked around even
to some extend by using a leather belt to play SM! XD
By the time Kamio was satisfied
with her choice, Hope's convoy arrived as well. So both groups met up at the
previously mentioned spot. Then finally it’s time to shop for BBQ ingredients.
All of them went through aisles and food section to ransack their desired items,
starting from vegetable section to meat section. After that, they scooped up
some drinks and even canned foods. During the process, Simon encountered his
best friend named Rose. He revealed that Rose was actually his ex but broke off
before they officially dated. Now, both of them were still friends. Simon was
kind of blur when she called out to him. He couldn't recognize her for after so
long. And he got to know that she is doing fine in another relationship. The
lucky guy was Arthur.
Before leaving, everyone had a
quick stroll around AEON. That was not just for sight-seeing of course but to
find a brush they could use to spread the butter on their food. At a same time,
Simon could not resist to buy a puppy doll toy to give it to someone. It was his
favourite dog/puppy and hoped that that person would appreciate it. But before
it was given away, the puppy doll was played around, molested and cam whore by
Mio and Kamio. After that, they went back to stuff the raw ingredients and
drinks in the fridge. It was still a long way until night time.
Once that was done, it was
already 4pm++. They rushed off to take away Nadeje cakes to be eaten on the
beach, Pantai 1Malaysia. Sadly, there was no alternative route to reach Mahkota
area but the main road. Both cars were caught in the jam for 45 minutes just to
get to the town. Before leaving, kaichou wanted to buy some bread to cure her
hunger. Simon led her to lower ground where the bread store was. Not only that,
someone also suggested to eat the crepe cakes with Ochado to increase its enjoyment.
When everything was finally settled, they took off to Pantai 1Malaysia!
Luckily for them, going out from
town to Pantai 1Malaysia is a smooth sail. Both cars managed to reach Klebang
in just 5 minutes. But there was another traffic jam ahead. In Simon’s car,
humours and musics accompanied them on the journey. They even found a Kancil
car with maskara on its headlight parked beside the road. XD
Actually, Mio was a little
worried that they won't make it in time for the sunset. It was already 6.45pm. Feito
and Simon joked that she's going emo already for fear that they can't reach in
time to watch the sunset. But then, Mio returned the joke by saying that she
will use her Mio-sama's power to stop the sun from setting before reaching the
beach. And they did reach the beach before the sunset! Sasuga Mio-sama's power!
There were a lot of people flooding the beach. It was really difficult to find
a parking place.
At 7pm, famiglia managed to
conquer the beach. Mio was very happy that she managed to watched the sunset.
Most of us spent 15 minutes playing around, taking photos, leaving footprints
& signature and burying someone's....foot only. After that, it's time to
enjoy Nadeje cakes with Ochado. When the night fell, they stayed back to play
with the waves at the beach line. Mio and Kamio played with a torchlight with
their Ochado drinks and the effect in photos were splendid. About 8pm++,
famiglia went back to safe house for BBQ.
Simon’s car reached the safe
house with only 45 minutes. And they found out that Hope has yet to arrive
home....and his aunt and grandparents were out. The house was locked up. Worst
still, Mio and Kamio were actually holding their line “reaching custom
checkpoint”. Kamio was walking around and making squeaky sounds along, Mio
tried to hold on. Somehow at that time, it never crossed their minds to drive
them to Petronas or KFC area. That place was near and there was a toilet! They
quickly drove down the road. Halfway down (still at the safe house corner),
Hope returned and the girls like Spartans stomping the yard to the toilet when
the house door was finally unlocked.
It was quite late at night when
the BBQ starts. The group breaks into 2 teams to speed up the preparations –
one team to set up fire, the other handled the kitchen part. When the time hits
9.45pm, only then it was time for everyone to settle down for BBQ. Unfortunately,
it drizzled. It was expected because they saw lightning on their way home. When
the BBQ activity climaxed, Elie did not feel well and vomited (a cat came from
nowhere ate her...puke =.=lll). They took turns to bathe while the rest stayed
to clean up the mess.
Simon turned on his laptop to get
some folders from Feito and while doing that, he on Gintama to watched and
everyone started gathering to watch as well. Famiglia laughed the loudest when
Sougo (a character in Gintama who is a sadist) suddenly turned M mode on when
Sougo sister is in the picture xD! When everyone was clean, it's already around
1am++. Since it's the last night in Melaka, famiglia decided not to sleep yet
and had a long session of pillow talk. Feito was the first to go slumber as he could
only stay up till 3am in the morning. This left Mio, Kamio, Elie, Mei Hua and
Kyo to continue their pillow talk. They drank. A mixture of emotions went on
throughout the talk and this section only ended at 6am. They slept for a while
and were scheduled to wake up between 9am – 10am the same day.
